Benzuron is a developed and exuviations preventer insecticide effective by ingestion and has side effects by contact. It eliminates leaf-eating worms, some spiders affecting vegetables and fruiting plants (potato..etc.) and has the capacity to prevent eggs hatching of insects subjected to spray.

- Benzuron is very effective against insect eggs and larvae and so should be early when butterflies start to fly. Several days should pass before the effect of Benzeron on larvae show results, but these larvae soon start to starve and die.
- Benzuron is distinguished by combating insects that gained immunity, and prevents the formation of insecticide resistant progenies.
